Sales Development Representative
Work Remotely from anywhere in Ireland
Good Culture Kombucha is an ambitious fast-growing company that distributes the finest Organic Kombucha Ingredients to over 150 leading kombucha brands all across the USA, Europe & the world. Kombucha is now the fastest growing beverage market & we play a big role in supporting these emerging healthy drink brands to succeed. We are dedicated to solving our customers production challenges & love doing everything we can to help them succeed.
Due to our continued growth & opportunities, we now require a full time outbound sales person to join our small passionate team and help take the business to the next level.
This important role will mainly be focused in two key areas:
Outbound Proactive Sales (Phone & Video Calls) generating new sales in USA market.
Supporting existing USA & global customers with their day-to-day needs.

Really important things to know:
This role is for someone who is based in Ireland and can work remotely from home or a coworking space. We really don’t mind where you are based and encourage all the benefits of a good work life balance that remote working can bring.
The role will be focused the USA market so your hours will be 1pm – 9pm Monday to Friday, Irish Time. This will be in line with USA eastern standard time customers.
A small amount of travel will be required from time to time. This will include during initial training period, attending trade shows and events from time to time.

Duties of your role
Actively working closely with the team on the day-to-day problem solving & delivering for our customers to a high standard.
Growing the Business
Developing New Business
Proactively making outbound sales calls to create new long-term customers for the business.
Setting up introductory video calls to meet with new customers & understand their needs.
Presenting our kombucha ingredients (Manna-K) as a solution to their problems. (Full training will be provided)
Supporting customer’s onboarding and implementation.
Responding to all new inbound enquiries and record all new important customer information in our CRM system.
Communicate with customers through phone, video call, email and direct message
Supporting Existing Customer
You will be the primary point of contact for all existing USA based customers.
Building and maintaining long term trusted relationships with customers, ensuring effective and regular communication.
Maintaining sales forecasting to make sure we always have what the customers need in stock.
Providing quotations and following up to convert these into sales.
Provide invoices and following up, ensuring these are paid for in timely manner.
Coordinating delivery of customer orders with our USA warehouse.
Working within the team
You will work closely with the team who will all support you to be successful. This includes other sales team members, operations coordinator, technical manager & senior management.
Upkeep of clear documentation on our CRM System.
Maintain knowledge of our products and pricing.
Maintain up to date documentation of your sales processes.
You will be required to support the other sales team members if required (eg if team members are on annual leave or off sick). This includes responding to their customer enquiries, creating quotes, invoices, orders & other related tasks if required. Full training will be provided.
Role summary
The role is initially a fixed term contract for a period of three months with the possibility of being made permanent.
Start dates as soon as possible.
Salary between €25,000 to €30,000 based on experience
Additional Bonus & incentives structure so you are appropriately rewarded for your efforts.
The role is based within Ireland.
The role will be supporting the USA market so your hours will be 1pm – 9pm Monday to Friday, Irish Time. This will be in line with USA eastern standard time.
